Hot Lil Mama is tangy, floral, and sassy with a kick of heat. Dab it on pizza, pasta, wings, burritos, and anything else you like to drizzle sauce on (ice cream anyone?).

What makes it different: a four-pepper blend of Manzano, Fresno, serrano, and Thai chili, plus brewed hibiscus tea. Hibiscus is naturally tart, so we pull back on the vinegar, and the vinegar we do use is apple cider, not harsh white vinegar.

'Hot Lil Mama' is our first hot sauce!

We are excited to share this small-batched recipe with you. We wanted to create a hot sauce to complement our favorite dishes.  Made with real ingredients (no BS), Hot Lil Mama features a blend of peppers – Manzanos, Serranos, Fresnos, and Thai Chilis – and brewed hibiscus tea, giving it a tangy profile, with floral notes and a sassy kick of heat.

 Great with pizza, gyozas, burritos, pupusas, egg sandos, quesadillas, chips and more.
