'Hot Lil Mama' is our first hot sauce!
We are excited to share this small-batched recipe with you. We wanted to create a hot sauce to complement our favorite dishes. Made with real ingredients (no BS), Hot Lil Mama features a blend of peppers – Manzanos, Serranos, Fresnos, and Thai Chilis – and brewed hibiscus tea, giving it a tangy profile, with floral notes and a sassy kick of heat.
Great with pizza, gyozas, burritos, pupusas, egg sandos, quesadillas, chips and more.

INGREDIENTS: Chili pepper blend (Manzano, Fresno, Serrano, and Thai chili), apple cider vinegar, brewed hibiscus tea, tomatillo, shallots, lemon juice, lime juice, turbinado sugar, salt.

This sauce is so yummy!! I am a green sauce person normally but the flavor in this sauce converted me back to red. It was so fresh and the perfect amount of heat. Didn’t over power my tacos. Now it’s a fridge staple. 10/10 will buy regularly

The sauce was perfect. Just the perfect amount of heat with an intense depth of flavor. Flavor comes first then the heat follows. Really good on pork chops. Can’t wait to try with eggs.
